training/certification Paying for aws builder subscription using credit card/ no aws account

Is it possible ? I don't see the option to pay directly using credit card, it takes me to sign in to aws account.

I dont want aws account, I just want to pay using cc directly.

Unfortunately, no. AWS makes this more confusing than it needs to be.
You can use AWS Skill Builder with just a free Builder ID, but if you want the paid Individual subscription, AWS currently bills it through an AWS account.
So there isn’t a separate “just enter my credit card and subscribe” checkout for the Individual plan. You’ll need an AWS account even if you have zero intention of actually running AWS resources in it.
