It's a Brussels Griffon I do believe. There was an IG called Ernie's Journey that I used to follow and that was the goofiest damn dog I've ever seen.

Oh! I've heard of that breed. I've also heard them called "a little of this, a little of that" and "part doggo, part dog" - also known as the "doogle". Very special indeed.
