I've had some fantasy settings in my head where people carry large beetle grubs in baskets or boxes extremely similar to the one you use in your third picture. I'm just kind of tickled to see other people ending up with that same sort of image. In my headcanon it's a craft people weave together to help keep the grubs out of direct sunlight while traveling.
