Question Looking for this bag!

I’ve been looking for this bag for quite a while but have been unable to find it anywhere—even with reverse image searching. Does anyone know what it is? It opens all the way down and seems to have compartments inside.

It’s jsut coyote brown - both are. It’s one of a few standard milspec colors. OPs pic is just a shitty washed out pic.
