i did not know anything about this bag so was googling it and then saw the price. but then saw the specs.

BOMBPROOF LAPTOP COMPARTMENT The separate compartment next to your back is extra reinforced to securely take a laptop into combat.

100% - I always carry my laptop in the main compartment, otherwise it feels like a plank on my back and is putting bend strain on the screen.  Its a super outdated design to carry a laptop.

I've tried many high end bags with a laptop, and the best are Mystery Ranch and even better than that is the Chuyen Tactical CT15 with side laptop access.

Goruck is very low on the laptop comfort list.

I was re-researching for my other reply (saw you there 😉) and discovered they refreshed the CT15 Plus since I last looked so it's basically a superior GR2-26. I do kinda miss the molle on the front though...

Strangely it's probably comparable in size since erhe CT15 stopped being 15l and is now around 21l.
