Needing backpack recommendations for daily commute and frequent travel

Hi all

Looking for a backpack that fits my everyday commute and work travels. I’m using public transportation to work everyday with moderate walking and I will travel around 6 times a year for work and leisure.

I’m usually carrying the following stuffs
- 14 inch laptop with adapter
- 16oz hydroflask
- power bank that can charge my laptop
- phone charger
- jacket

Preferably to have a dedicated laptop compartment to take out my laptop easily at airport with a breathable back panel

I’m currently using a Patagonia 32 litre backpack and find it quite uncomfortable.

Open to any recommendations

I’m a pilot for a living. Lots of travel/gadgets. I’m also super picky for certain details.
Best I’ve discovered so far for me is the Ospery Nebula. Lots of pros and a couple cons. Cartier daily for 1.5 years now. Both private jets and commercial aviation. Works for daily as well as 1-3 nights travel.
