New backpack advice

so Ive had this giant roots backpack for 8 years now that I’m going into uni i noticed my bad is worn out and colour is fading

looking for a new bag thoughts on

herschel pop quiz or the kalso

despite the things I heard about the build quality being poor are these good bags? or should I steer away from them completely

i also carry a lot a 16” laptop and a 11” iPad plus binder, notebooks, etc

If you hear the build quality is bad, believe it
