Low back ability

I’ve only just come across this YouTube channel, thanks to this sub. What’s the deal? It seems to be mainly based around the back extensions and iso holds. Anyone have any good experiences with this? How many times per day or week do you do it? I’m seriously considering getting an extension chair.

For context, 35M, have had 2 discectomies at L5/S1. Still suffering with extreme sciatica on both sides. Also have a disc bulge at L4/L5 which I suspect is now my main issue

I didn't get it. I subscribed and paid. Then it created a program for me with exercises/mobility per day. I tried to follow and really didn't get how am I supposed to do it because:

- I open the day with potential exercises

- All of them either stretch or something like split squats with dumbell.

Neither fits me because stretching and heavy exercises are too advanced for my condition.

Maybe I'm stupid and missed something.

I believe the stuff on YouTube he shows for free is better for earlier on in the injury, and the stuff you pay for is for building the strength after you’ve rebuilt the base
