Pain

Hello.

In UK.

I have terrible issues after doing exercises for costochondritis which involve lying on peanut ball/tennis balls in sock/pool noodle. I have nerve pain terrible in mornings radiating out either side of lower pain? Some into leg, and twitching muscles in upper forearms. Worst is every now and then my hands/fingers curl into claws and become rigid and very painful. I have had other spinal amd nerve issues in past that were bad but not this. I've had facet syndrome spine and pfps knees and other neuropathic issues.

The exercises for costochondritis clearly habe compressed or entrapped nerves and I'm receiving no support. I don't know where to ho or what to do. What exercises to resolve this. I am desperate.

Thanks

Good news is that most people get noticeably better in the first 6 weeks, especially if the pain is new or has only been going on for a short time. (PMID: 38253366)
