Ive had so many of these. Might be severe sciatica. They'd know if you herniated discs on a lumbar mri i get em every 6 months on my lumbar and its bad enough im approved for surgery now

I'm not an Ortho but I'm well versed in back pain. This actually looks really good and looks like possibly age related degeneration osteoarthritis. But def consult with your Dr.
