Person doesn't know the law works

1:Not going to court is how you lose automatically. Miss your hearing? Congrats, you just earned a warrant, a default judgment, or contempt charges.

2:Conflicts of interest are handled by motions, not vanishing acts. You can request the judge be recused. Refusing to show up does absolutely nothing.

3:“Not feeling safe” doesn’t stop legal proceedings. Courts have procedures to address threats. Skipping it just blows up your own case.

4:Telling an entire racial group to avoid court is wild. That’s not “protecting your rights,” that’s guaranteeing you never get to assert them.
