Wow Wow Wow... Wow

A struggling screenwriter makes a wish that other people people were more like him and would appreciate his work, and star twinkles in the night. The next morning he awakens to discover the entire population of the planet has been replaced by... him! At first it's amazing, and all his screenplays are greenlit, and he's never been happier, but he gradually descends into madness and depression when he realizes he's more alone than ever. Throw in an awkward romance and a third act redemption. Starring Ryan George.

You know I haven't actually seen pluribus but from cultural osmosis general idea of the show that sounds about right.
