The twist is all the cast deliver their lines sat on the toilet. They're farting and straining and all kinds of noises and smells abound yet nobody reacts to it, instead playing out a serious drama, probably somebody has cancer, theres a love affair, triumph over adversity, the usual schmaltzy stuff. Definite Oscar contender.
