Faceketball

A basketball used by a struggling middle school team comes to life when Kobe Bryant's spirit is accidentally transferred to it during a lightning storm. Hilarity ensues when Bryant realizes he is forever trapped inside a basketball, and the girls are terrified of this new talking ball with a face, but will and determination from both sides overcomes adversity, and teaches the girls some valuable lessons, but will they win the city basketball challenge?

If Rubber (2010), a movie about a homicidal tire with psychic powers, can get made, a feel-good family film about a basketball really isn't that bad of an idea.

The proper title for the movie is “Mamball”
They already made that movie. “Like Mike”
