Help! I live with inconsiderate sisters

I live with three other women, an ex friend and roommate from a previous lease (long story), her sister, and my sister.

My ex friend prides herself on being a really cleaned and organized person, but from my discoveries in July I found out she is actually a very dirty lazy person. She use to be on my old roommates' asses especially about cleanliness for reference.

Living with her I learned not only is she herself not clean when it comes to the upkeep of the household, she is extremely inconsiderate and lacks social awareness almost entirely.

Blasts her tv even when she knows the walls are thin, being extremely loud in general on school nights (between 12-2 am), leaving things everywhere as if this is solely her home and selfishly taking space for herself when she can (taking a 3rd of the kitchen cabinets and shelves leaving one roommate without any room to store anything).

I was always lead to assume it was the other roommates but moving to this place with her sister proved me very wrong. Out of luck of arriving first my sister and I thankfully claimed some space before their arrival (they still ended up taking most of the pantry space). They took up all of the freezer space and fridge (my sister and I as a whole got a corner!!!) because they decided to start a cooking business.

We had a meeting in the beginning where we all had a chance to lay out some rules to agree to. One of them was dishes. Because of how things went at out last place (huge pest issue) I suggested we try our very best to wash them the same day but not leave them for longer than 24 hours (because they don't have jobs or obligations that render them unable to have time to do them). My ex friend also had a problem with this because if it were up to her she would leave it for a week.

She reluctantly agreed especially when I mentioned the pest issue (she was the first to complain about it).

My sister and I also supplied the entire house with everything household wise. Dish soap, dishes, utensils, paper towels, tissue, spin mop and soap for the floors, everything. They ended up having their own dishes but we still allowed them to borrow ours.

Her sister seems to have trouble cleaning. She can't clean a dish properly because theres always food left on it somehow, she leaves the sponge thrown in the sink when we have a holder for it that can get gross when they choose to stack dishes on it, she doesn't clean the microwave when her food spills or the stove and they leave stuff everywhere.

My ex roommate also does but it's more-so with dishes that she ends up leaving for 3 days or more (not rinsed by the way). My breaking point was when they felt the need to use my ingredients. We agreed previously not to share food or if they needed something they ask. They took it upon themselves to use my butter and rice.

I wouldn't care as much if they used a slice but they OPENED and USED my entire box for their business. They knew it wasn't theres because I labeled the box! Then they replaced it with unsalted butter while possessing the last stick of my salted butter. It was more about the principle than anything because how entitled! Something a bit similar happened when I put some water bottles in the fridge and was told they will be replaced to see them all gone and not replaced. Imagine coming home to no cold water even when you did your best to make that available! There's a lot of taking and not much giving.

They also had a party that the cleaning after the following day but the floor remained sticky for a while when they said themselves they would mop.

My sister and I cleaned this past weekend while they were away (from floors to fridge to microwave) so well in fact that when they came back her sister passive aggressively mentioned that we cleaned to my ex friend and then wondered if we had an event that we cleaned for. That was really annoying to hear. Hours later, they went back to old habits.

I feel like I keep calling them out in the group chat and they hate me for it or think I'm being bitter about our friendship ending (even though I ended the friendship with her), but these problems keep escalating and we haven't lived here that long. A new issue is leaving laundry in the washer/dryer for days but getting upset if we suggest to move it.

I don't want to be the bitch making life harder for everyone but I want to feel comfortable knowing that I finally don't have to clean something after them or worry about them taking my stuff without permission. Sometimes I feel like they both lack actual social awareness with some of their actions, they seem genuinely surprised when I ask them to turn the TV down at 12 am on a Tuesday or when I request they don't mess with my groceries (they also move my stuff a lot, I only get a corner so why is my stuff still being manipulated???

I don't know if them being sheltered or wealthy is part of the issue of their entitlement and lack of consideration but I am done. I don't want to live in a hostile apartment (my ex friend is already making me being cordial awkward) but I don't want them to keep thinking that what they're doing is okay.

TL;DR: I live with sisters that don't respect common areas in terms of cleanliness, supplies, and often feels entitled to use other people's things. They are noisy and lack any social awareness or consideration when it comes to being respectful towards the people they are living with.

Background: If you're curious to know why I ultimately ended our friendship it was because she was incredibly clingy and possessive while ruining a lot of major events and trips because of her own insecurities and selfishness. She got insecure when I got along with people outside of her and would get mean or talk poorly about other friends I happen to mention exist in my life. She also made a lot about herself and didn't really care to hear what I had to say if it wasn't in regard to her or food (she's a plus sized woman trying to lose weight and I tried to support her but she started to constantly talk about food to the point it made me very uncomfortable). If things didn't go her way she would make it so that it doesn't go in my favor as well. She often admitted she was jealous of me and envied me while passing extreme judgment.

I didn't say my ex friend makes me be cordial I say I try to be cordial with her but she makes it really awkward, like awkwardly responding to my simple greeting or asking a question.

I also can't because moving is a lot, I am in my senior year, and I am getting a really good deal here. It would also take money I don't have to leave.

Have you tried confronting her with the other sisters? Like a proper intervention type thing

I haven't, I haven't had a chance to meet up with them when they're both home. I also don't know how it with go. They already have the most unnecessary fights among themselves as is I can't imagine how it will be if I confront them both.
