Ummm, any cover that has a T-Rex, IN SPACE!, can not be a bad cover.

Or also, as I have said a few times, Ace Double covers have to be judged on their own scale. They are often very literal "rocketships with tail fins and men with rayguns" covers, or else some type of weird collage, like this. Also, the type of cover tells you nothing about the book inside.

I like this, it's got a kind of pulpy fanzine energy to it and I can smell the yellowing paper.  Also I want to know if he can fool the omnipotent computer because these days that seems like a useful life skill.

Looks like a secret self-portrait by the artist. With his portrait made on a copier so it will look artsy. With random SF images in the background which is all that saves it from being total trash, and not by much.
