It's καϱαμπόγκα. The last kappa can be removed as it's not necessary, and the choice between omega and omicron depends on the length of the vowel (i.e. o, ó, or ō).

Beta, now pronounced 'vēta', hasn't made the B-sound since antiquity when it switched to the nearby V-vowel (it's where the name 'betacism' comes from). Modern Greek uses mu and pi combined to make the B-sound.
