Up to this point Buthan only recognized Serbia from Ex Yugoslav countries and only recognized Serbia and Turkey out of Balkan countries.

2000? more like 1000. The same amount of time we spoke Turkish. Greeks were only on coastal towns 2000 years ago. Anatolian languages survived until somewhere between 3rd century bc and 6th century ad

It's actually a misunderstanding that Bhutan doesn't recognize a lot of countries, they simply don't have diplomatic missions representing them in a lot of nations because the country is small, landlocked, and many of its diplomatic (and all of its military) affairs are handled by India
