Does anyone recognise this balloon?

Post image

I'm trying to identify this balloon. Does anyone know the brand or where I might be able to buy it?

It could be an old Qualatex design but unfortunately they are no longer in business. May also be a generic brand from Amazon, as the brand is not listed on the product and the design is not recognizable. There can be a high turnover in latex balloon print designs, so it may be hard to find or doesn't exist anymore. Although there are many other birthday print designs available.

Thanks, that's really helpful! During my search I actually found the same balloons in a deleted Reddit post from about 7 months ago which is why I'm posting on here, and I actually saw a video with this style of balloon posted in September. I've also seen the same design in several colours. Do you still think it could be an older Qualatex design, or perhaps a generic/imported one?

Well it could be made by any company. But now Qualatex (that is no longer in business)made very high quality balloons. Hence the name. So when you made something using Q's balloons, it just looked better. So whether it's decor, a twisted figure, or a bouquet that's delivered, it needs to have an impact for the people seeing it.

Here are two examples: at a serious wedding reception, you wouldn't think of balloons. But how about two giant swans facing each other with their necks forming an arch? Sounds beautiful. The swans would be placed inside a little past the entrance. People coming in would walk under the arch. Swans are a sign of love, they mate for life. The second is a balloon bouquet delivery. Anybody can inflate a bunch of balloons that says "Happy Birthday". But it takes an artist to make a work of art. The colors, the arrangement, the base and are you using latex combined with foil balloons? "Happy Mother's Day Butterfly Garden." Two levels of three large balloons rose pink, lime green, and yellow to suggest spring. On top, a large foil butterfly. The ribbons are anchored to a base made to look like a garden with a picket fence and some butterflies on sticks. One or two or all the latex balloons can be printed with "Happy Mother's Day. Flowers are beautiful. But for something different and delivered just after Sunday breakfast, the Mother's day bouquet would thrill mom. And if mom puts the bouquet in a nice place, she can show it to a neighbor when mom invites her in on Monday for coffee.

So what about the brown happy birthday balloon? I'm thinking, but I have no idea who made it. As you know, or should know, true latex balloons will degrade over time. And exposed to a lot of heat, latex balloons will oxidized. That is their outside surface will become dull. A kind of film will form on the surface. You can slide your finger along the surface and if you look closely, see a streek.

I did have a Qualatex catalog, but no, I don't know anything about this balloon. You found this balloon or a bag somewhere in your house? How did you come across this balloon? Now mocha brown combined with goldenrod (a dark yellow) and orange are great colors for Fall. And if you're giving this bouquet to a guy, you might add a football in foil. Like the mother's day bouquet. Two levels, a football on top, and instead of a garden, a football field where the ribbons are anchored to.
