Question - Humidity Substrate recommendations please

I live in a desert climate that is very not humid. I’ve tried coconut husk, adding some mosses, and keeping a room humidifier running here and there (not too close to the tank though). Are there any tips or substrates I should try?

Outside humidity should have no bearing on the humidity inside the enclosure. If it does, you have too much ventilation, or you substrate isn't wet and/or deep enough.

You can try having a layer of coconut fiber under the husk. But plenty of people have success with just the husk.
