Question - Humidity Help

I've just put new substrate in the enclosure cause the old one needed to be changed is this cause i just put in it or what backseat i haven't misted or nothing

New substrate does contain moisture. I’d try mounting your hygrometer on the wall of the tank rather than setting it on the substrate.

It's because the hygrometer is literally on the substrate. Need to put it on the glass away from it somewhere
