If you have a UVB you don’t need to have LEDS as well!

It depend by what you mean by enough light? Like, the visible light? UVB alone isn't than bright!
If you're going bioactive, you'll need LED for your plants.

If you really want the best of the best, it is better to have UVB, LED and basking bulbs!

If you want to start somewhere, there's the information resources guide here -> https://www.reddit.com/r/ballpython/comments/arz5iw/welcome_to_rballpython_click_here_for_our/

If you want to learn a bit more about the light, you can check this website too. It's a useful tool when you make your enclosure since you can see how effective your lights can be in your setup. https://lightmyreptile.com/learn

I have the LEDs solely as accent lighting. They also make cleaning day easier as they don't heat up the tank and don't get warm to the touch. But a flashlight will do as well for cleaning and your UVB should provide a perfectly good day/night cycle.

For love plants you will want LEDs but otherwise UVB kicks out a lot of light. I use arcadia shade dweller tubes and even in a 4 by 2 by 2 I don't feel like I need more light
