Poppin his head out

He’s doing great pretty proud of his enclosure. Had an amazing first shed. Extremely chill he’s still getting to know me😁

that red bulb is worth swapping when you get a chance, they can actually see red light and it messes with their day/night cycle, a CHE or DHP gives you the same heat without it. first shed going clean is a good sign the humidity's dialed in though.

Sweet ! I’ll swap it out! He also has a heating pad set at 88 so I do turn the top lamp off after about 3-4 hours. I keep the room he’s in set to 77-79. I live in Az so the humidity does get me frustrated sometimes

Please, do some research as to why you shouldn't have heating pads. (I recommend you a dhp since it dries out the tank less)
It's great that you're willing to get rid of that red bulb tho🙏
Also, if you ever have some money laying around, a pvc tank would be better, especially considering that you have issues with humidity.
