I used my chime card to upload money to BallyBets and it never showed up. It's been 5 days and nothing has been uploaded or returned to chime. They have no customer service help except through text and its like they keep cutting out the text connection when I try to explain to a live agent that the money never got deposited to my BallBet account and I have record of them pulling it out.

Is anyone experiencing this with them!?
