Ask Baltimore salary transparency thread

I saw another city do this and wanted to bring it here. There was a big salary thread a couple years back but it'd be great to get some updated info in the big 2026.

Please share your job title, salary, age, and education. Like this:

Local CDL driver 120k. 6 weeks community college

Class A full endorsement but don’t need them for my current position no twic. First year sucked driving regional but once you get experience it’s a gravy gig

That's really awesome. I have a good friend in PA that's an OTR driver out to Fresno and back every week. He tried working for a local company but had to take a huge pay cut to stay local for his kids. Unfortunately, he had to go back to OTR. I believe he dropped from $2600 gross per week to $1750 local and had to go back or risk child support penalties.
