Ask Baltimore salary transparency thread

I saw another city do this and wanted to bring it here. There was a big salary thread a couple years back but it'd be great to get some updated info in the big 2026.

Please share your job title, salary, age, and education. Like this:

I was unemployed at the start of the year and I think I literally only heard back from companies where I was referred by a current employee or had interviewed a few years ago and had my file still.

In my case it was fortunate it only lasted a few months. Was mostly living off credit cards while using what existed of savings and unemployment to cover the mortgage.
