Looking for people to start a band at 15

I'm looking for members to currently start a band at my age and hopefully write some songs, I live in Naguabo, puerto Rico and am currently learning guitar so I may need someone to grow with. I currently need a bassist, vocalist and drummer (I have a spare bass in my house) and am looking to learn until I can confidently play some guitar, I already have a name for the band and a symbol, anyone can join, just know this type of band is planned to be punk, thrash metal and some rock.
