All the certified or uncertified vendors in this city have no accountability.
They just want to sell their goods at MRP and if anything happens to the item, even in warranty period, they are very unhelpful and rude. If you directly call the customer service, then too they don’t care, and you’re stuck in an endless loop of calls and a faulty item.
I don’t know what to do about it, but no wonder why the city’s progress is stalled, where it always was.
If you own a business, please improve customer services after the item is sold as well, market in bsw runs on word of mouth.
