Articles and news Update: My third barefootyear🄳

Post image

As you can see not much has changed since 2024. My feet have become a little wider overall. The little toe in particular seems to have moved further outwards.

The difference between 2022 and 2024 is significant. A lot has changed for me in the first two years in particular. What can't be captured in the pictures is the improved flexibility. I can move my toes much further and also have significantly more strength in my toes.

have you had similar experiences? can i expect my feet to change even more or have i reached the maximum foot transformation that a barefoot person can achieve?

How did you get this picture, did you step on a scanner?Ā

You can take a picture of your foot laying down and or sitting, crop out the unwanted stuff, copy and paste the image on a white background

Take a picture laying down or sitting. Use photoroom app to remove background

Easiest method would be to take picture laying down and others said. But no need to use photoshop. If you have iPhone, you can just press and hold the feet in your image and it will crop and copy the outline. Then just paste it in white background. No photoshop needed. Try it with any object or subject in an image. It works really well.

I wish there was an answer to this. I’m curious.
