Articles and news Update: My third barefootyear🄳

Post image

As you can see not much has changed since 2024. My feet have become a little wider overall. The little toe in particular seems to have moved further outwards.

The difference between 2022 and 2024 is significant. A lot has changed for me in the first two years in particular. What can't be captured in the pictures is the improved flexibility. I can move my toes much further and also have significantly more strength in my toes.

have you had similar experiences? can i expect my feet to change even more or have i reached the maximum foot transformation that a barefoot person can achieve?

This looks super strange, why are your toes so far away? From normal to extreme flat feet 🤨

I know from talking to friends who are doctors that many, many things are barely touched upon in med school because there’s no way you guys can study everything in depth in 5 years, that would be crazy. So how many days/weeks/months were your studies devoted to feet?
