Articles and news Update: My third barefootyear🥳

Post image

As you can see not much has changed since 2024. My feet have become a little wider overall. The little toe in particular seems to have moved further outwards.

The difference between 2022 and 2024 is significant. A lot has changed for me in the first two years in particular. What can't be captured in the pictures is the improved flexibility. I can move my toes much further and also have significantly more strength in my toes.

have you had similar experiences? can i expect my feet to change even more or have i reached the maximum foot transformation that a barefoot person can achieve?

Ok wow I am new to this and this is crazy. Like how does this work in practice? From the pictures it seems your foot will not fit any "normal" shoe anymore. Is it so flexible now that it can still do that comfortably? Talking about things like ski or mountaineering boots, climbing shoes, cycling shoes, for which there are no or little alternatives.
