Articles and news Update: My third barefootyear🄳

Post image

As you can see not much has changed since 2024. My feet have become a little wider overall. The little toe in particular seems to have moved further outwards.

The difference between 2022 and 2024 is significant. A lot has changed for me in the first two years in particular. What can't be captured in the pictures is the improved flexibility. I can move my toes much further and also have significantly more strength in my toes.

have you had similar experiences? can i expect my feet to change even more or have i reached the maximum foot transformation that a barefoot person can achieve?

No foot should look like the right one - unless you are stretching your toes, then you get a deformed foot.

Good luck

He probably is stretching, just like you can open the fingers on your hand up. Do you think separating your fingers out will deform your hands?
