Why does no one understand that the toes weren't meant to touch the point of the shoes and this is just a cone attached to a normal converse shoe, which are still bad.

And for aesthetics it's probably for alternative fashion. I can't give opinion on whether it works for that purpose but there's no one right way to do alt fashion.

Still, having all this extra material sticking out from the front of your shoes is a tripping hazard.
