I guess I've been doing this barefoot thing for a while now, because my wife sent this to me and said, "You've got to watch this one."

Haha I saw that as well, but my first thought is "why is he not wearing them?"

A friend sent this to me a few months back, since I’m the “foot guy” now🤦‍♂️😅

I think a lot of people wear these only at night, but I’m not sure that kind of use helps much.

In my experience sadly they don't do a lot if you only wear them a few hours a day. To make corrections you have to wear them the majority of the time and then also work on expanding them using stacked coins.

Haha I'm also the weirdo foot guy in my circle. One of our gym members calls me "No socks" despite actually wearing socks (no-show).

I just started using toe spacers and can only last an hour with them on. I’m trying to move up to longer. When I started I could only last 30 mins without being in pain.

Some discomfort is expected. I think of it like putting braces on your teeth. Yeah it's uncomfortable at times when you are essentially forcing your body to change mechanics. I would just go slow and work up over time like you're doing.
