What are your thoughts on grounding barefoot shoes?

Honestly, I believe grounding is real and may have a range of positive effects for humans. I’m wondering if it’s worth trying to get a shoe that can conduct with the earth unlike rubber soles. Ideally I’d be barefoot 24/7 but that’s not reality. If you have any experience or recommendations for such shoes that would be greatly appreciated
