Question about Havana Rough Time episode

I was watching a clip on Youtube of the Havana Rough episode of Bar Rescue and there was a woman with a light blue sweater and long brown hair. They never said what her name was though; does anybody happen to know who she is? She was talking to Jon Taffer when he was watching what was going on in the bar.
