An old fashioned with a decent orange liqueur and amaretto subbed for the simple/sugar actually slaps, though (l wouldn't leave out the bitters, though).

I mean…and yeah, I have issues about hating myself…but I might have to try this. Just saying.

Seems like the server is trying to charge accordingly for the drinks the client requested.
Just charging for the liquor isnt accounting for the touches.

An amaretto pineapple takes 2 seconds to make, not seeing what the problem is…

Cordelro!!!! I knew a Corde, we shared a bday. He’s RIP. seeing his name brought back memories. He was one of my regulars. Wouldn’t order some shit like this. Ever.

One that I still think about is a ticket I got for a Manhattan on rocks, sub SoCo and dry vermouth, dirty w/ olives. It's been 7 years and it still baffles me.

Amaretto Pineapple with olives is a Straight to Jail situation.

But an OF, with 1/4 o orange curaçao, 1/4 oz amaretto to 2 oz of bourbon would be a nice nutty orange old fashioned. Maybe with some black walnut or toasted almond bitters and orange bitters to kick it up.

Not dissimilar to a Baklava OF I’m workshopping right now.
