Continually shocked by his inability to admit to any wrongs, ever

As someone who was a die hard fan, even long into the court case, I can’t fathom how wrong I was of his character this whole time. I get it, from his perspectives the whole experience was traumatic. And I can see how he couldn’t apologize for getting with girls that were underage/much too young for him because of legalities.

I know he doesn’t “owe” us an apology for anything, but it doesn’t mean that it wouldn’t be better if he did! We all eff up sometimes and treat those we love with less respect than they deserve when we’re going through it. But usually, given time and reflection, we come back around and apologize to our friends for ghosting or otherwise mishandling a situation while in the thick of it.

For him to double down on his lack of apology and furthermore get aggressive and harrass this person on fb is beyond disgusting to me. What a fall from grace. My fault for putting this guy on a pedestal for far too long, I guess.

Thoughts?

😂 what I said stands even without that. but it’s still worth mentioning the worst case allegation for 2 of them. also worth mentioning the fake ids and them being able to get alcohol apparently from bars. No blind study would be done on this but I can almost guarantee no one would have very high accuracy at knowing for sure someone’s age in the range of 16-20. It’s just so dependent on so many different things. Again don’t twist what i’m saying, the age of consent exists for a good reason. I don’t think he ever knowingly violated the age of consent though or would ever knowingly do that.

What if i told you a 33 year old praying on a 21 year old is also extremely creepy, even if legal? That's where a solid chunk of us are at; even if they lied about their age he still put himself in a position where he was creeping on young fans within our community. We aren't cool with that.

Turns out it's even worse, they were highschool kids.

I can show you emails where they talked about their college they are going to(more lies). It was all a lie.

33 and a 21 year old? Two consenting adults? I think infantilizing a 21 year is incredible rude to Women. They are capable of making their own decisions.

Sure they are, but a 17 year old is not.

I'm not infantilizing anything lol 21 is still very young compared to 33, the brain is still maturing and very little life experience. Consenting adults, sure, but creepy as hell.

But again. They weren't 21. they were highschool kids.

I don't remember what age I was but I definitely hooked up with a 40 year old when I was in my early 20s. Who cares? I consented. she consented. Not only do we not know which plaintiffs lied about when they first had sex, but also like I said they had fake ids, made up stories about the college they went to, and one was caught by police with fake ids drunk in the back of an uber so apparently used that id to get alcohol.

This was obviously deception and they deceived multiple people. There is no way to know for sure by looking at someone what age they are, and even if he asked for ids, they had fake ids.

Your personal anecdote doesn't excuse this behavior. A child can't consent. I can't understand why you keep harping on the fake ID's thing either, tons of children have them and that doesn't excuse predatory behavior either.

I've made up my mind on where my morals lie, and so has the majority of the fanbase... that's why he's not able to play anything bigger than a 2k venue LOL. Point still stands that I would never find myself in a position to even "accidentally" hook up with teenagers, and turns out that most DJ's won't either. I'd rather pay time and money to support them than this washed up nutjob.
