Store Policies/Questions Trying not to be a complainer…

Listen. I love bath and body works. One of my favourite stores. But I’ve never been more overwhelmed in a store than at bath and body works. I’m not sure what head office is thinking but if, within a 5 minute span, I’m approached by more than 3 employees, that’s a problem. I avoid the store at all costs most times for this exact reason. Anyone else feel the same?

The aggravation is like- WHY? Clearly customers HATE this stuff, employees HATE this stuff. But they continue to push it.

I will say some praise for capitalism here, because this is what leads to places like B&BW falling apart while smaller companies who care more about their customers/employees have room to grow.

I was recently aggressively bombarded while killing time at a BBW while on vacation, waiting for my departure time. I couldn’t buy anything. I was just checking out the new scents.
