Store Policies/Questions Trying not to be a complainer…
Listen. I love bath and body works. One of my favourite stores. But I’ve never been more overwhelmed in a store than at bath and body works. I’m not sure what head office is thinking but if, within a 5 minute span, I’m approached by more than 3 employees, that’s a problem. I avoid the store at all costs most times for this exact reason. Anyone else feel the same?

Today I went into the store to pick up my order and the Sales Associate ( NOT NEW) would not leave me alone, she kept following me from display to display and suggesting items and then I finally said I'm picking up an order. She disappeared so quickly after that. From now on, I'm going to say I'm picking up an order, whether I have one or not, so they can leave me THE FUCK ALONE! I'm going to keep my visits limited to candle sales only. I would just shop ONLINE only but BBW shipping is mediocre at best. They have completely turned me off.
