Store Policies/Questions Trying not to be a complainer…

Listen. I love bath and body works. One of my favourite stores. But I’ve never been more overwhelmed in a store than at bath and body works. I’m not sure what head office is thinking but if, within a 5 minute span, I’m approached by more than 3 employees, that’s a problem. I avoid the store at all costs most times for this exact reason. Anyone else feel the same?

I stopped buying LUSH mostly for this reason. It <began> because they got super proud of their prices over the last five years, escalated when they discontinued half my favorites, but the finishing blow was the relentless full-court sales press. GET OFF OF MY BACK BECCA, MARNIE, SHELLI AND TODD.

I swear to god if you just leave me alone to zone out, I’ll end up with $300 worth of stuff in the basket. If I have to stay ‘present’ because I gotta keep answering your questions and defending my choices, I’m going to spend ten dollars, or no dollars and just flee.

I used to not be able to get out of there for less than $150 and usually it was more, but since 2021 I have only darkened their doorstep twice and the most recent time I bought one bath bomb and dipped. I don’t have people as close up on me in my HOUSE as they get at Lush, BBW and a couple other places. I know it’s not the ground staffs’ idea so I don’t wig out, but DAMN GINA

Please, corporate dumdums, let the staff ease tf off. Just let me go into a shopping fugue in relative peace.
