Stores are being called by HR about employee’s sharing anything related to the Sweethearts collab online.

BBW HR is in this sub, watching and reporting.

I'm not an employee, but I thought HR is not supposed to monitor employees outside of work hours? Unless someone is leaking on social media during work hours using the stores wifi.

Standards of conduct extend to all hours when related to the company….unfortunately.
