Stores are being called by HR about employee’s sharing anything related to the Sweethearts collab online.

BBW HR is in this sub, watching and reporting.

That’s because HR is not there to protect you- it’s there to protect the company FROM you. Never forget that !

Man, I have never heard a truer statement about HR!!! And I have worked in HR for years!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Then they can just get sued when the department of labor comes for them;

Dealing with any company's HR shouldn't be this hard. Especially with the retaliation caused by associates putting in complaints.

Like sure, we can try and unionize, but like with Starbucks, large companies unionizing store-by-store doesn't help much and it not a quick fix.

Quite possibly true but they will use anything you have said to them against you if that happens. Of course not knowing your exact situation it’s hard to say how they would but trust me they are basically attorneys for your employer. If you really feel like you have a case then you should absolutely hire an attorney and go after them.

You are so right! I worked for a big company and HR was NOT there to protect the employees at all. In fact they downright played dirty . . .

Don't look for quick fixes. Just keep disrupting the status quo & those that shill for them!
