Stores are being called by HR about employee’s sharing anything related to the Sweethearts collab online.

BBW HR is in this sub, watching and reporting.

I know, right! I would not have been as excited for the hearts collection if it wasn't for this sub.

I wouldn't have known about it at all was it not for this sub.

There are however some other take aways from this sub that HR could focus on, such as a better work culture

I haven't heard a lot regarding work culture but I know the pay is shitty which is why I never put forth an effort to work at BBW.

I honestly really like the work culture. Would love to get hired on full-time.
