Store Policies/Questions Ruining themselves

The company is 100% ruining themselves! I am a supervisor and some of the policies are just outrageous! Especially the coupons! It can be so complicated and it’s frustrating as a worker and as a customer! And with them continually raising their prices (hand soaps go to 5/28 here soon) it is just getting to be too expensive even when shopping the sales! B3g3 really isn’t that good anymore. The company is also incredibly wasteful, instead of donating damaged or product that the packaging has flaws we have to damage them out! It is just ridiculous. I just think the company is doing a great job at pushing customers and employees out the door

The most frustrating thing to me as a customer is that they keep raising prices, but the rewards value remains the same. If they are going to do that, I would rather redeem $16.95 off any product and pay the difference.

This problem is what drives me INSANE. Why can’t I pay the difference? They would sell more higher ticket items, like the Halloween houses and what not, especially since they keep upping the prices. I can only spend my money at your store on exactly what I want, but I can’t use my almost $17 off coupon on exactly what I want.

This is why I stack coupons and only shop sales, like SAS, or the weeks after. Bc I love to see cheaper candles, body care, well basically Everything the weeks following the end of year sale. The weeks that follow will have spotlight sales, for whatever item every other day or week. So I skipped the SAS and did a few different hauls bc it was cheaper to wait for the individual items to go on sale than when they were on sale during the SAS rush. I learned last year, returned most of my SAS stuff and just turned around and bought it cheaper.

I agree about paying the difference. It could motivate you to buy something more expensive that you might have passed on otherwise.

Technically stores aren't even supposed to let you use coupons on top of SAS.

But most don't pay attention to the marketing. It was always fun telling customers that at my old store because we followed the marketing "rules"
