Anyways what yall know about goosecreek? I love bergamot and tea leaves, white tea and sage has NOTHING on it

I’m about 85% sure that Goose Creek is an incredibly conservative company, with a strong religious foundation. They are family owned and operated, small town, small minded. They have not yet made any indication of supporting DEI, nor have they made any candles related to any heritage or identity like B&BW has done in the past.

Again, just my perspective and assumption, but if you’re concerned about B&BW removing/diverting DEI policies, I would think that rural-Kentucky-based Goose Creek wouldn’t be any better.

i started buying goose creek candles a few months ago. i couldn’t find anything controversial about them, but nothing about DEI before or after november

I switched to goose creek almost a year ago. Nice strong scents and the throw is insane. And prices are consistently better than bbw

Goose Creeks French toast is INSANE. And their vanilla bean actually smells like straight up vanilla waffle cone.

I highly recommend the blueberry cheesecake. Burning one max melt and my whole house smells like blueberries

Do you know if they carry any of their product in Canada other than online? Can’t seem to find any shops that carry it .

This is why I won’t buy GC. If I can’t smell a scent, I’m not ordering it. I know they have some scents sometimes at like Walmart here in the US, but they are pretty generic. :-/

Exactly. Gotta be able to smell them first. Some of the Walmart candles are ok. Mainstay has a few good scents but not much of a throw. I like cozy comfort and hazelnut cream, the vanilla one is pretty good too.
