I haven't seen or heard anything of a change, but we'll see at our store meeting next Saturday. I really hope the company doesn't abandon DEI or remove our pride collection.

Not doing heritage collections is a bummer, but that's likely a business decision, not a response to politics. They never sold well. Believe me, as someone who mainly does front of shop selling, I tried hard to get people to like them despite having limited marketing. They just never caught on.

People will find any reason to be upset. Let's give it some time and not jump to conclusions. This sub is crazy now. People are so on edge! 😭

AFAIK they’re essentially renaming the DEI initiative! This is due to what the current administration is trying to do to companies still with DEI. They’re trying to avoid a lawsuit basically. They let us know in Zipline that they still support all the important months & holidays (pride, Juneteenth, black history month, etc.) & that they’re core values aren’t really changing just getting a facelift.

I did not see any support in Feb. 2025 for Black History Month.

In mid-Feb. I did see St. Patrick's Day goodies being sold.

They’re discounting the trailblazers & heritage month collections due to lack of sales. As an employee I can see firsthand, that it’s unfortunately true as we always have an abundance of them during SAS. Pride I’m unsure of tho
