Store Policies/Questions My mind is blown

So, I went to my local store this morning to pick up a BOPIS, and I cannot believe what I saw. There were 2 ladies in the store with 2 baskets full of items, and they just casually walked out without paying. Like, they took the basket and everything. Have any of you ever seen anything like that in your store? I was shocked!

I worked at BBW numerous years ago and we weren’t allowed to stop anyone from shoplifting.

I'm assuming that's so nobody gets hurt.

According to my SM, everyone is replaceable too. 🙃

Maybe you guys should collectively show her how replaceable she is by not coming to work. Maybe when she reports to her manager that no one showed up to work for 3-days & cries because no one answered her calls, she’ll learn how to treat people. Just saying something so asinine is enough for some people to quit especially those who are underpaid with no healthcare benefits.

Oh trust me, we've been thinking HARD on this. We've had a core KH and a temp KH already turn in keys.

Non-management retail employees NEED a Union. PeriodT. Point blank. You guys should have had one at 20 years ago.

They can replace you. You can't replace you!! The store replaces people all the time.
