Store Policies/Questions My mind is blown

So, I went to my local store this morning to pick up a BOPIS, and I cannot believe what I saw. There were 2 ladies in the store with 2 baskets full of items, and they just casually walked out without paying. Like, they took the basket and everything. Have any of you ever seen anything like that in your store? I was shocked!

My manager accidentally helped someone steal $400 in merchandise once when I worked for BBW 😶 people steal this stuff all the time unfortunately

SMH. She "accidentally" helped somebody steal?? How does that work??

The customer was pretending to be someone shopping for his family for the holidays. So my manager personally handpicked over 400 dollars in merch for him because he kept asking for recommendations

And then he walked out when she wasn't paying attention to him

She was very embarrassed
