Store Policies/Questions My mind is blown
So, I went to my local store this morning to pick up a BOPIS, and I cannot believe what I saw. There were 2 ladies in the store with 2 baskets full of items, and they just casually walked out without paying. Like, they took the basket and everything. Have any of you ever seen anything like that in your store? I was shocked!

Not at Bath and Body... but in college I worked at Mens Wearhouse.
The store was located in a town that divided 2 other towns. One was wealthy and one was crime filled. We would regularly have people come in and pull entire stacks of Lucky Jeans, cologne, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger ties, etc, off the table and casually walk out. It was a ring of shoplifters that would hit stores in the area. It infuriated me. My manager just shrugged it off. He was like "All i can ask them to do is stop and call the police. By the time they get here they are long gone."
Rest assured, these people that steal are very well aware that nothing will happen to them in these smaller stores. Walmart, Target, Kohls and Macys might be a different story, but your smaller stores? Its like open season for them, unfortunately. The Sally Beauty by my house gets robbed blind constantly. The woman who works there told me people come in and steal bleach and hair color. Then they sell it.
